who we are
The PixLabs store is run by PixLabs, based in the UK. It sells cosmetic extras for the PixLabs SMP Minecraft server. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
what you're buying
Everything in the store is cosmetic: tags, chat colours, cosmetic ranks and cosmetic-only crates. Nothing gives a gameplay advantage. Items are digital content tied to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout. Please check the username carefully: we deliver to exactly the name you type.
delivery
Items are delivered automatically, usually within about a minute of payment. If you're offline, they'll be waiting when you next join. If something hasn't arrived after an hour, contact us with your order number (it's on the thank-you page and in your Stripe receipt).
your right to cancel
Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that starts being delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, but only if you agree to it. At checkout you're asked to confirm that you want your items delivered immediately and understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts. You can't complete the purchase without ticking that box.
refunds
- If an item never arrives, or arrives faulty and we can't fix it, you'll get a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- If you paid for the wrong username, contact us before logging in and we'll try to move it.
- Anything else is at our discretion; just ask.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the items bought with it are removed from your account.
the server
Purchases don't exempt anyone from the server rules. If you're banned for breaking them, you won't get a refund. Items are for use on PixLabs SMP only and have no cash value. If PixLabs SMP ever closes for good, we'll give reasonable notice.
